Direct Booking Scorecard · Free
What a machine sees when it looks at your villa site.
Five measures, one page, no charge. Every website selling Orlando villas gets scored on the same rubric — the booking flow on a phone, how long the search takes to render on a throttled connection, whether the property pages carry structured data, whether the assistants can cite you, and whether the consent banner is quietly breaking the first two. You get the numbers and the comparison, not a sales pitch with a score on it.
No call, no proposal, no discovery session. Send me the address and the scorecard arrives as a private link.
The five measures
The same five, run the same way, on every site. That is the point — a number only means something next to the other numbers it was measured against.
Booking flow, on a phone
A scripted run at your search and enquiry path on a mobile viewport, recording where it completes and where it stops. Most villa sites fail somewhere between choosing dates and getting a price, and almost nobody who owns one has watched it happen.
Speed on a throttled connection
Largest Contentful Paint on 4G, on your search page and a property page, because that is the connection a family is on when they look you up in the evening. Desktop-on-fibre numbers flatter every site in this market.
Structured data coverage
What proportion of your property pages carry markup a machine can read — capacity, bedrooms, price, location, availability. On most sites in this market the answer is none, and it is the cheapest thing on this list to change.
AI citability
Whether an assistant asked for your kind of villa in your area returns you or returns the marketplaces reselling the same houses. Recorded, so you can watch it rather than take my word for it.
HTTPS and consent hygiene
Certificates, mixed content, and whether the consent banner blocks rendering or hides the search until it is dismissed. This is the measure most likely to be costing you something nobody has noticed.
And where you place
Your score against the other companies selling the same resorts, on the same rubric, run the same week. A number on its own is easy to shrug at. A position is harder.
Why this one is free
There is a line running through everything on this site, and it is worth saying out loud rather than letting you work it out from the prices.
01
Machine output is free
The scorecard comes out of an audit engine that runs whether or not you asked for it. Handing you the result costs me nothing, so charging for it would be charging for the privilege of being contacted.
02
Human hours never are
The moment a person has to look at your site and decide what the numbers mean, it is billable — because there are only so many of those hours and they are the whole constraint on this studio. That is the Diagnostic.
The previous version of this page sold a paid audit while the outreach offered a free one. Two prices for the same thing is the sort of inconsistency a marketing director finds in thirty seconds, and it is gone. Free means free, and paid means a person did the work.
What this is not
It is not a recorded walkthrough
There is no video of me going through your site, because that takes between forty-five and ninety minutes and it is the thing I actually sell. What arrives is the engine’s output: the measures, the rubric, your position, and the raw validation behind all three.
It is not a plan
It tells you what is measurably wrong. It does not tell you what to do about it, in what order, or what it is worth — those are judgements, and a machine that offers them is guessing. If you want them, that is the Diagnostic.

All I need is the URL
Not a login, not CMS access, not a call with your developer, and nothing for you to prepare. Every measure on the scorecard is taken from the outside, because that is where your guests are standing. It helps if you also tell me which system your inventory comes from, but it is not required to run the thing.
The scorecard arrives at a private address that is not indexed and not linked from anywhere. It is yours — forward it to whoever maintains your site, or to somebody else entirely.
Before you ask
Why is this free when the Diagnostic is not?
Because a machine writes it and I do not. The scorecard is generated by the same audit engine either way, so running it for you costs me nothing I would not have spent anyway. The Diagnostic is two weeks of my actual attention, and I work about twenty-five hours a week — giving that away to people who have not asked for it is how a one-person studio runs out of time before it runs out of prospects.
Do you need access to my site?
No. Everything on the scorecard is measured from the outside, the same way Google, an AI assistant and a guest on a phone see you. Send the address and nothing else — no logins, no CMS account, no call with whoever maintains it.
What if it comes back clean?
Then you have ruled out a whole category of problem for nothing, and I will tell you plainly that there is no work here worth buying from me. That is a real outcome, not a polite one — a scorecard that finds nothing is the cheapest way for both of us to establish that you do not need me.
Is a scorecard enough to act on?
It is enough to know whether you have a problem and roughly where it sits. It is not enough to fix it. A machine can tell you your villa search takes four seconds to render on a phone; it cannot tell you which of the six reasons for that is the one worth paying to change. That judgement is what the Diagnostic is.
